ANCILLARY PROFESSIONALS

Ancillary Professionals assist in our Directorate Clinical Support Services (DCSS). DCSS includes laboratory, radiology and pharmacy services. Laboratory and radiology positions are expected to receive patients, communicate procedures, set up rooms and adjust equipment as necessary. Persons in pharmacy positions are expected to provide detailed patient consultations, effective medication regimens and always exhibit the highest standards of safety and efficiency. All of these positions work closely with physicians, residents and other NMCP professionals. There is an expectation of being able to work independently in complex situations and to respectfully take direction and advice from others when necessary.
