NURSING PROFESSIONALS

Nursing Professionals are the core of patient satisfaction at NMCP. Positions include Clinical Nurses, Nurse Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Educators and Practical Nurses. Practical Nurses are expected to perform routine and complex nursing care, use standard procedures for specific patient conditions and treatment, prepare for and assist with minor procedures, and record and regulate patient issues. The Nurse Specialist is expected to provide a high-level of specialized care to patients with more complicated diagnoses, newborns and laboring patients. The Nurse Specialist is also expected to monitor and administer a wide variety of drugs. A Clinical Nurse is expected to assess, identify, plan and implement individual patient needs. Nurse Educators are entirely or primarily concerned with training or teaching NMCP medical practices or procedures. All nursing positions require effective communication skills, an ability to maintain a high-level of patient care, attention to record details, and foresight of treatment and patient progress.
