MANAGEMENT ANALYST
I am currently a management analyst responsible for the Defense Medical Human Resource System (DMHRS). DMHRS maintains all of the personnel records at NMCP. It is comprised of active duty, civilian and contract personnel information including demographic, bill assignment and other data that affects four crucial human resource modules within the facility.
If I fail at my job, there is a huge impact on other systems and departments, so it is imperative that I am on my toes every day.
I have been in my current job since October of 2007. Prior to this position I worked in command evaluation as a health system specialist, a medical clerk, accounting technician, management assistant and management analyst.
I have also had the opportunity, as a civilian worker, to work in Spain and various places across the United States. I have been in civil service for 26 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
I love being able to help other people, grow my leadership abilities and constantly experience new things. NMCP is a diverse environment full of change. To succeed you must be adaptable and consistently striving to exceed expectations.
